TRINITY ENTERPRISE SOLUTION - About TRINITY

Trinity Enterprise Solution founded in 2004, Trinity Enterprise Solution has helped mobile Telecommunication service providers in the Call Center, CRM, BI, mobile applications area. Of which we helped our clients deliver their applications and ICT infrastructure with integrity and service orientation. We have envisioned that “hard to find” expertise and expensive technology could be “made and grown” by Thai to meet the Thai market in a more effective manner, and that our products and services could enable our clients run their business competitively. At Trinity, we are bred with the fundamental understanding that Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is the foundation of businesses today. With the collective
application of ICT services, businesses are able to operate better whether on office automation, business operations, and interactive channels with customers. This comes down to the bottom line impact of the business whether effectiveness of doing business, efficiency of operations, reliability and continuity of business operations, differentiation or products or services, and overall competitiveness of the business against competitors. This criticality of ICT on business impact serves our position, as Trinity aims utilize our professional staff to serve the client in the
scope of ICT with ready built software packages, turnkey project management, and outsource services, as we will utilize our professional staffs in the Information Technology, data communications, and telecommunications field. All this to release the burden of the client in catching up ever changing technologies and day to day operations, thus focusing on core business operations and reducing total cost of ownership.

For Trinity, we aim to service the client in three major areas
1. Software packages . Trinity has software packages to serve the clients ICT needs on call center, web applications, and work flow. Our understanding is these applications, which help serve on office automation and channel management with customers, needs general best practices, but specific fine tuning as well. Therefore, we garner our know-how onto our software packages which are easily customizable to address the clients specific business needs.

2. Project solutions. As the client will always have specific projects in the scope of ICT, Trinity wil l team up our professiona l staffs whether on client services, project management, systems analysis, developers, network and systems engineers, and telecommunications engineers, altogether with our system development project methodology, to deliver projects to meet time, budget and quality requirements.

3. Outsourced services. Because the cost of recruiting, training, and retaining quality ICT staffs in the company is high, Trinity aims to ease the burden of the client by providing certified ICT
professional, whether project managers, systems analysts, developers, network engineers,
system engineers, and telecommunications engineers to service the client on day to day
operations

1. SOFTWARE and APPLICATION services is the main PILLAR of business conpetitiveness.  Examples are software, solution, or IT services such as   IP Telephony, Web Conference, ERP, CRM, until the very original email services.

2. DELIVERY or PLAY is how the services will be delivered.  The growth of broadband and various high speed network has opened the delivery channel which has never been thought of long ago, such as VDO services.

3. DEVICES or how the SERVICES is CONSUMED, has grown to an explosive diversity. iPhone, BB, PDA's, and various PND's has shown how devices and embedded capabilities, such as mulit-touch, GPS, etc has revolutionized the way users now consume these services.
